Basic Requirements Necessary to Qualify,
- Have a Cell Phone
- Reliable Work Truck/Van
- Personal hand Tools. (All major Materials and Equipment will always be on-site)
- General Ins./Workmen’s Comp Ins. – for flat rate/1099 workers
- No Issues with your body, must be Healthy
- No lower back issues or Knees (Able to lift 50+ lbs. min)
- min. must have a H.S. Diploma., have a valid SS/DL and or I.D. Cards
- Clean Background (We do not hire anyone that has a criminal past)
- Willing to take random drug testing
- min. 12+ or more months of exp in flooring and or remodeling
- Don’t smoke or do drugs
