ElmWood Flooring does not go based on pricing only by the Sq foot. Our prices very from job to job based on many factors besides Sq feet. Thus, we take lots of things into consideration before giving out our prices, its like shooting numbers in the dark. We have to have someone from our shop come out and look the job over.

We value all of our customers for giving us the opportunity to service them with the highest quality workmanship, and also vow to bring the very best competitive prices to all of our up coming future customers on all types of flooring and costs at competitive prices. Our prices are subject to change at anytime without notice, and depending on the market, the cost for supplies and demand, makes our prices go up over time.

The best way would be to have one of our flooring professional’s come out to your location and take a look, but if this is not what you are looking to do right away, a normal floor can be sanded 4 to 5 times before needing to be replaced, you can just look at the finish on the floor and see how bad it is?

If the finish is almost gone and your floors look very dirty or the wood is showing/ popping through the finish, the floors are being damaged and its time for you to have them re-done or fixed by having ElmWood Flooring come out to re-view your floors and let you know what can be done to fix them.

Yes, we do! We have a financing plan for those who qualify with good credit scores and no out standing debt on your credit. We also are willing to take three easy payments that are spread out over the course of doing the work.

A 50% deposit before we start that can be in cash or check, and 40% payment when 3/4 finished and the balance of 10% on completion,  (or)  we are willing to do 50% down and 50% on completion for smaller jobs, depending on the scope and size. We take Cash, Checks and Credit Card payments online with a small 3% convenience fee when paying with a credit card.

Most jobs we do are about 75% to 90% dust free, We have the tools in order to have the dust collected in the machines and with vacuuming and sweeping every day on the job, the dust is very little and — unless you run a dust collector out to the trucks or have a dust collector inside filtering the air to make it 99.9% dust free!

In turn this will cost you more money in the end to have us bring an use this system, but it is always up to you the customer and if wanting to use it or not. ( After every job we always tell our customers to replace the Air filters and think about get Duct Cleaning done, which is something we also provide, and should be done once a year.)

We think….Steam Cleaning is the best way! But, if you don’t have a steam cleaning tool like the shark. You can use any other tools that works well on flooring. Go to our proper care page on our web-site (flooring care) to find out more on how to clean & maintain your new floors so they will stay new looking for a long time to come.
