Question: How do I know if I am in need of a new floor or they just need to be re-sanded?
Answer:
The best way would be to have one of our professionals come out and take a look, but if this is not what you are looking to do right away, a normal floor can be sanded 4 to 5 times before needing to be replaced, you can just look at the finish on the floor and see how bad it is? if the finish is almost gone and your floors look very dirty? you are wearing down the wood and its time for you to have them re-done or fixed by having a E.W.F. professional come out to look and let you know.
